Henrietta was born about 1765. She is the daughter of Lewis Yancy and Winifred Faver. [2]

Lewis Davis Yancey's Will (Dated 6 Oct., 1784. Proven 18 Oct., 1784) reads: "1783-1791 Culpeper County, Virginia Will Book C; [Dorothy Ford Wulfeck]; Will of Lewis Yancey of Culpeper Co. Dated 6 Oct., 1784. Proven 18 Oct., 1784. Legatees: Wife Henrietta Yancey. Sons: George Yancey, Birkett Garland Yancey. Daus.: Winifred Yancey, wife of Thomas Yancey; Isabella Tutt, wife of Lewis Tutt; Henrietta Tutt, wife of Hansford Tutt; Lucy Yancey, Eleanor Yancey, Nancy Yancey (minors). Executors: Wife Henrietta Yancey, bro. Richard Yancey, son-in-law Lewis Tutt. Wit.: James Pendleton, Bushrod Doggett, Gabriel Tutt."

Relevant passage: "I give to my beloved daughter HENRIETTA, the wife of HANSFORD TUTT, one negro boy, Primus, one feather bed and furniture, a half dozen knives and forks, half dozen pewter plates and dish, one cow and calf, one sow and pigs to her and her heirs forever."

Henrietta died sometime before 1827, at Beals Run, Woodford County, Kentucky.
