Alexander was born on 15 March 1882 in Farmingdale, New Jersey. [1] He was the son of Alexander Yard and Carolina Maxson. Alexander married Leila Phillips on 13 June 1909 in Hebron, McHenry, Illinois [2][3] He died on 30 August 1963 in Farmingdale, New Jersey [4]and was buried there in Evergreen Cemetery. [5]
