The will of Charles Yates dated 13 July 1807, proved 19 October 1807, mentions wife Molly, sons Garrett, Warner, Paul (the only son of age), and Goodloe, daughters Frances Kinnard, Catherine Garriott, and Polly Yates, brother James Yates, and an unidentified Philis and child. A witness was John Yates.
