Biography
Penn Symon Yates was born in 1899 in Whitelaw near Korumburra in Victoria. He was the son of Amy (Bryenton) Yates and James Alfred Yates.[1]
He married Edith Annie Beal in 1926.[2]
Penn Yates died in 1978 in Castlemaine, aged 78.[3]
