Biography
Agnes was born in 1865. She was the daughter of Agnes Bell Haigh[1] and Henry Yates.[2]
She married Thomas Joseph Clapham in 1886.[3] The sons of Thomas and Agnes were
- Charles Sydney
- Harold Bryce.[4] Agnes and Thomas divorced in 1902. Harold Liddle was the co-respondent.[5] According to her headstone, she was the wife of H H (Harold Hume) Liddle though there is no obvious marriage on NZBDM. They appear at the same address in the 1911 and 1925 electoral rolls.[6]
She passed away in 1942. [7] She is buried in the Archer Street Cemetery, Masterton.[8]
