George Yeatman was born in Dorset, England.
George Yeatman migrated from England to New Zealand.
George was born in 1874, registered at Sturminster, Dorset. [1]
The family emigrated to New Zealand later in 1874 aboard the Lady Jocelyn. [2]
He married Flora May Long in 1897. [3]
He passed away 20 April 1955 at Christchurch age 80 and is buried at Bromley Cemetery. The children were: Violet (Mrs. T. Dobbin), Mabel (Mrs. H. Pruden), Rose (Mrs. N. Burney), Thelma (Mrs. R. Falgar), Stanley, Charles, Jack, Alfred and Cliff. [4] [5] [6]
