Hugo Award winning co-publisher of a fanzine called Imagination! - he won the award in 2014 (he was already deceased at the time) for his work that was done on the Fanzine in 1939. His win was alongside co-publishers Morojo (Myrtle Douglas) and Forry Ackerman. He was also a writer of science fiction between 1936 and 1944, but did not win any awards for his writing. His last piece was written in 1944, but not published until 1957.
