Cora was born in 1911. She was the daughter of Luther York and Rose Shultz. She was married to Harlin Leslie Riley on 3Jul1931 in Pulaski County, Missouri. Harlin served in the U.S. Army during WWII. They have two children: Harlin Pratt, and Anna May.
