Lillie Mae York was born on 21 Jul 1903 in Pall Mall, Fentress Co., TN, daughter of William Uriah York (1863 - 1911) and Mary Elizabeth (Brooks) York (1866 - 1943).

Lillie married T Travis Stephen Stewart (1893 - 1967) on 10 September 1938 in Fentress, Tennessee.^[1]
