Bell York II was born two days after Valentine's Day, on a Monday, February 16, 1750, to Bell York and Ruth Main in Stonington, Connecticut Colony .[1]
First Marriage
Bell married first his wife, Anna (Brown) York three days after Christmas, on 28 Dec 1770, and the ceremony was performed by Elder Simeon Brown, in Stonington.[1][2]
After Anna died, he married for his second wife his first cousin once removed Deborah York 16 Feb 1809, with the ceremony performed by Rev. Jedidiah Randall in North Stonington.[12]
