Donald Marian York was born June 9, 1905 in Candor, Tioga County, New York. He was the son of Lacey York and Florence Carmer.
In 1910 he was living with his parents and older siblings in Candor.[1]
He married first his wife Nellie Bunnell on September 1, 1930. Together, they had the following children:

He married second his wife Eleanor Laura Webster on October 1, 1939 in New Milford, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. Together, they had the following children:

In 1945 he served as part of the New York National Guard in the Medical Detachment 3rd Regiment in Syracuse, New York.[2]
Donald passed away March 10, 1984 in Zephyrhills, Pasco County, Florida.
