- Amelia Young (c. 1807-1890) was the daughter of William Young.
- She married Admiral Thomas Maitland, 11th Earl of Lauderdale, son of General Hon. William Mordaunt Maitland and Mary Orpen, on 7 February 1828.
- She died aged ~ 83 on the 18th of Feb 1890 at Cannes, France.
