Benjamin was born in 1824. He was the son of Samuel Young and Elizabeth Maxey.
He married Tabitha A. Radford in 1850 in Cumberland county, Kentucky. They had four sons.
He married Mary Obedience Keen about 1869. They had a large family.
They were living in Neathery and Shelly, Clinton county, Kentucky in 1880.[1]
He passed away in 1912 in Bates county, Missouri.[2] According to his death certificate, he was buried in Radford cemetery in Bates county.
