Biography
Elijah M. Young was born about 1850 in Tennessee. He was the son of Alexander and Nancy Young.
E. M. Young married A.C. Bogle on 14 December 1870 in Cannon County. [1]

From descendant, Shelia: (2002)-written to Ann (Jobe) Brown
"Elijah d.sometime bef. 1925 according to "live" family sources. According to these sources, Elijah took his family to Rutherford Co., and share cropped for someone there. It is said that he died in Rutherford Co., and is buried there. Unknown if a stone exists where he is buried and the location of his actual burial is unknown at this time. Unknown is the name of the man he share cropped for or the exact time that Amanda moved her family back to Cannon Co.
