Charlotte Ethel Young and her twin sister Harriet were born on 13 July 1861 in Lamplough, Victoria, to Caroline Clarke and George Edward Young.[1]
Charlotte married George Edward Wilkins in 1882 at Avoca, Victoria.[2] They had three children together.

Charlotte died on 2 April 1925 in Lower Homebush, Victoria, at the age of 63,[3] and was buried in Avoca, Victoria.
Death notice in The Age 11 April 1925:
WILKINS.— On the 2nd April, of Homebush, Charlotte daughter of the late George and Caroline Young of Lamplough beloved sister of Alice (Mrs Fish), Maria (Mrs Tunks, Harriet (Mrs Richardson), John, William and Ernest.[4]
