Biography

Octavia was born in 1843. She is the daughter of Hugh Young and Levisa Bowen of Maiden Spring, Virginia.^[1] She married James S. S. Higgenbotham on 02 Jan 1866 in Tazewell County. They had at least one child, Ada, b. 1867.

Octavia passed away in 1889.^{[2] [3]}
