Biography

Ruth was born about 1770 or 1772 in the colony of North Carolina,[1] but some show 1766. Ruth Young ... She likely passed away before 1855.

It is believed she died prior to 5 Feb 1855 since she is not mentioned in her husband's estate papers, although some show April 1, 1867 due to a Family Data Collection - Deaths entry for a Ruth Young.
