5 Jun 1823 Josephus and wife Elizabeth signed a deed of trust.[6]
15 Oct 1823; recorded 26 May 1824: Josephus paid debts with his future inheritance of land and slaves from his grandfather, William Watkins, reserving life estate for his mother, "Mary Huddleston formerly Mary Younger."[7][2]

Will names siblings Cathy, James, John, Josephus, Williamson (who is her guardian). On 23 Nov 1840 Armistead Younger [a nephew??] posts bond and is granted administration.[11][3]
She married, as her second husband, Stephen Huddleston on August 2, 1805. [12]
She died before he remarried in 1834. [13]

BIRTH: Changed year from 1748 to 1765, because she would have been too old to be the mother of her children who were under 21 in 1805.
