I just got your message about a Ziegler DNA test. I have done two different DNA tests, one at Ancestry and one at 23and Me. If you are interested in the results, let me know and I'll give you access to them. If it is a different test, contact me via wikitree or directly.
I myself am not a descendant of the Ziegler name but my sons are. They are planning to do the DNA test sometime this year.

Hi again. I emailed you by sending you a private message via WikiTree, but it bounced. Have you changed your email on your profile perhaps? I never received contact from you on WikiTree. To write on my page (bulletin board) click reply on Sandi's page OR go to my page and send a private message. Hoping to connect!

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful.

Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies.

If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free Space Profiles.

Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a process for resolving those unfortunate situations.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page.

Hi!

I'm Eowyn, a WikiTree Mentor and Team Member. Our primary vision is to build a collaborative tree with just one profile per person. The farther back in your tree, the more likely you will find duplicate profiles to link into, so it's a good idea to do a search before you create a new profile. Try to add an estimated date and place of birth, at the very least, a country, for each person. This helps in searches. Last but not least, try to source each profile as you go.

We also have a naming standard here.

Feel free to check out How To Use WikiTree. It's a great step-by-step guide to get you started.

Do you have any questions I can help with?

Just had DNA tested at AncestryDNA.

Hi Elizabethzer,

Welcome to WikiTree! We're growing a FREE worldwide family tree, striving for ONE collaborative profile for every person.

A couple suggestions to get you started:

1. Our Honor Code is a very important part of why our community is such a friendly place to grow your family tree so please take some time to read it.

2. Feel free to ask a question at our G2G forum.

3. Our help pages, top right, have all sorts of useful information.

If you would like to contribute, click the volunteer button and leave a comment here on your profile to let our greeters know. You should include a little bit about how you plan to contribute to the tree.

Good luck growing your branches, and thanks for offering to help with our shared tree :)
