Biography

He is the son of Heinrich Zimmerman and Maria Rufener. [1][2]
Emanuel Carpenter ... He died in 1780[3]Married Catherine Line Carpenter. Had a daughter named Mary Elizabeth (Carpenter) Groff & Emanuel Carpenter.
Was a member of the Pennsylvania General Assembly. Representative from Lancaster County 1774 on committee to further the American cause in the Revolution.
