Hannah Zimmerman was born about 1735 In Northampton Co., Pennsylvania[1]. She was married to Henry Bartholomew. Hannah died 3 March 1801 at Kreidersville, Northampton, PA.
There does not seem to be any documentation that Jacob Zimmerman is the father of Hannah Zimmerman Bartholomew. It appears that Jacob Zimmerman did have a daughter named Hannah, but she was born circa 1722. Also, from what little sources there are available at this time for the Jacob Zimmerman family, it looks like they settled in Germantown, PA in Philadelphia County and may have been a Mennonite family. Henry and Hannah (Zimmerman) Bartholomew were of the Reformed Church. If Hannah was indeed the daughter of Jacob Zimmerman, there should be far more compelling documentation to solve these conflicts.

These two profiles do not appear to be the same person on the surface - perhaps more research should be done before merging. Zimmerman 476 was born in 1722 and has parents and siblings linked to the profile, yet no documentation to support this data. Zimmerman-2193 was born in 1735 with no family links other than a spouse, but there is supporting documentation.
