Biography
Clara was born in 1864. She was the daughter of David Zinn and Ursula Schrock. She passed away in 1929.
Oct 28, 1929 Dispatch Article "Woman Injured in Auto Accident Dies Mrs. Clara Thomas Succumbs in Hospital in Kenton Internal injuries suffered in an automobile accident Sep 18 near Kenton, Ohio were fatal to Mrs. Clara E. Thomas, 404 Chittenden Ave, who died Monday in McKitrick hospital in Kenton. Mrs. Thomas, with three sisters, Mrs. E. J. Swerer, 1525 Franklin Park South, Mrs. Victoria A. Garner, 1182 East Rich Street, and Mrs. Luella Hall of Powell and also Mrs. Marie Eicher, 36 Sherman Ave, driver of the car. They were enroute to Tennessee to visit her brother, Willis Zinn when the car skidded into a ditch and overturned. Mrs. Eicher was uninjured. Mrs. Garner and Mrs. Hall were dismissed from the hospital several days ago. (see also Columbus Dispatch article Sep 19, 1929.
