Edward Zouche was a member of the aristocracy in British Isles.
Biography
Edward la Zouche, 11th Baron Zouche (of Haryngworth) (1556-1625) was the son of George la Zouche, 10th Baron Zouche (of Haryngworth) and Margaret Welby. He m.(1) Eleanor Zouche, daughter of Sir John Zouche, c.1578 and (2) Sarah Harington, daughter of Sir James Harington and Lucy Sydney, c.October 1611.
He succeeded his father as 11th Baron Zouche on 19 June 1569. He held the office of Councillor of the Virginia Company in 1609. His name appears on The Second Charter of Virginia; May 23, 1609. He was Councillor of the New England Company in 1620. He died on 18 August 1625 at age 69, without male issue. On his death, his titles fell into abeyance between his daughters.
