DNA Signature now confirmed (Jul 2017) GD 2/111 match between a descendant of son Isaac and a descendant of son Thomas with BigY testing placing Isaac at R-BY45070 see this branch on yFULL
Looking at the FTDNA block tree detail for the two Dawe testers at BigY500 (image attached) there looks to be ample scope for further refinement of this branch of the tree of mankind back from Isaac!
