Isaac married Maria Behrends.[1][2] Though their children were born in Laase, Stuhm, Prussia (per their baptism records), they were not baptized until much later at the Mennonite Heubuden Church in 1790 which was protocal for Mennonite children.
Maria died in Dec 1775 as Isaac remarried to Anna Enns on the 31st of July 1776.[5][6] The ceremony took place in Heubuden.[6] Their children were also born in Laase, but baptized in Heubuden.[7][8]

While the ancestry.com description of the record does list "Military", I suspect these were actually Mennonite baptisms, not military baptisms - and because the Mennonites believe in adult rather than infant baptism, it makes sense that the baptism would be long after birth. See the listing of all of Isaac Born's children at http://www.mennonitegenealogy.com/prussia/Heubuden_Baptisms_1770-1799.htm
These baptisms were baptism as adults in a Mennonite church, the Heubuden congregation in the case of Isaac Born's children. The typical age of baptism was between about 16 and 20. This has nothing to do with the military. Mennonites were pacifists.
