Biography
Kenneth Arthur Balch was born on 6 Oct 1901. The 1911 Census gives his birthplace as Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire. He married Dorothy G Hathway, and the marriage was registered at Malmesbury, Wiltshire, in 1933. Kenneth Arthur Balch died on 7 June 1958, at about age 57, and his death was registered at Wantage, Berkshire.
