Biography

John was born in 1840. He was the son of William Beatty and Anna Guinness.

He married Annie Willis (daughter of Paul Wynch Willis) on 29 October 1862 in St. John The Evangelist Church, Clifton, Gloucester, England.^[1]

They had six children. His wife probably passed away between 1876 and 1879.

John married, secondly, Alice Gardener (daughter of Richard Gardener) on 22 October 1879 at Garston, Lancashire, England.^[2]

They went on to have two children together.
