Biography
Leo was born in 1899, in Bowling Green, Missouri. He was the son of Henry and Maggie Schuldt Borgelt. His family and he moved to Illinois sometime between 1907 and 1910. He and his brother George moved to Whittier in the mid 1930’s. He was a carpenter by trade. He married the widow Dixie Frederick Rosebeary in 1941. He died in 1978, in Whittier.
