Biography

Dixie was born in 1906, in Carroll, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Jesse and Minnie Hamby Frederick. She married William Rosebeary in 1927, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. They moved to Glendale, California in the late 1930’s. They had no children of record. William died in 1940. She then married Leo Borgelt in 1941 and the couple lived in Whittier, California. Dixie died in 1969, in Whittier, at the age of 62.
