Biography

The birth of Sylvia Ora Braddock was registered during the July-September quarter of 1887 in Macclesfield, Cheshire, England. Her parents were Jonas Braddock and Ora Lithgoe.^[1] She was christened on the 31st July 1887 in the parish of St. Peter, Macclesfield; her parents recorded as Jonas Archibald Braddock and Ora.

In 1891, Sylvia lived with her parents, Jonas and Ora Braddock in Crompton Road, Macclesfield. By 1901, Sylvia was now 13 years old, and living with her father, a wholesale confectioner and baker who worked from home at no:92 Arbourhay Street, Macclesfield.

In 1905, Sylvia married William Wylde.

Sylvia passed away about 1951.^[2]
