Biography

Mary was born in 1885, ^{[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]} to Karl Breuer and Anna Vollmer.

In 1908, she married Charles HEITMEIER. ^[7]

Charles passed away in 1933. ^[8]

In 1944, she married Arthur J. TACKENBERG. ^[9]

In 1950, they can be found living in Marion Tonwship, Henry County. ^[10]

She passed away in 1960 and was buried in Forest Home Cemetery, Mount Pleasant. ^[11]

BREUER FAMILY REUNION TO BE HELD HERE

Special to the Hawkeye Sperry, Ia., July 29. - The Breuer reunion committee met at the home of their president, Mrs. E. B. Jackson, to make plans for their annual reunion to be held at Crapo Park on Wednesday, August 21. All members are expected to bring a picnic dinner. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Johansmeier, daughters, Dorothy and Vivian of Mt. Union, Miss Mary Johansmeier of Winfield, Mrs Walter Beckmann, Mrs. Charles Breuer of Par Grove, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Heitmeier of Latty, Walter Breuer of Burlington, Mrs Kate Ellerhoff and Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Jackson and daughters, Mabel and Harriet.
