Biography

Mary was born in 1849 to Henry VOLLMER and his wife, Mary PORTNER.

In 1866, she married Charles BREUER. ^[1]

Together they were the parents of several children. They included;

1. Mary Breuer

They made their home in Franklin Township, Des Moines County, where they can be found in the 1880 ^[2] and 1900 ^[3] US Censuses.

She passed away in 1937 and was buried in Latty Church Cemetery, Burlington. (Noted as Steeple Church Cemetery on her death certificate.) ^[4]
