Julie Ann Deen was born on July 15, 1844 in United States, daughter of Martin M Deen (1802–1864) and Frances Elizabeth Higgs (1802–1883).[1]
Julie (22) married Mark William Tomberlin (19) (born on May 27, 1847 in Telfair County, Georgia; son of Thomas Riley Tomberlin and Mary (Rountree) Tomberlin) in 1867. Their children were:
