Although no daughters are listed for Benjamin, the list of tithables (see link below), it states that Benjamin is the father-in-law of John Burton.

^[1] in the name of god Amen I Benj. Horner of the County of Chesterfield Being of Sound mind and memmerry Do make and ordain this my Last will and testment in manner and form following that is to say forst my debts and funeral Expences being first paid.

• Item I Give my plantation where I Noe Live to be Equally Devided between my Son Abijah Hoener and my son Benj. Horner to them and to their Heirs forever.

• Item I Give to my Wife Luce Horner my Negros Sam Dick & Frank, and All my Stock of horses hogs & Sheep and Household Furniture Dureing her Life or widderhood and after her Death or widderhood I Give the same to be Equelly Devided Amongst. all my Children

Lastly I Do Appoint Benj. Beasley my Executor of this my Last Will and testment Revoaking all former wills by me made and Do Derect that my Estate be not
