Biography
Ingar Herrstedt a.k.a. Ingrid Härstedt was born on 29 Dec 1850 in Norra Kverrestad 7, Qverrestad and christened on January 3rd, 1851. Her parents were blacksmith master Anders Herrstedt (1805 - 1870) and Anna Pehrsdotter (1813 - 1896).[1]

Ingar had a relationship with the man she was working as a maid for, torpare Måns Eriksson (1844 - 1906) which resulted in the birth of their son Alfred (Härstedt) Månsson-Härstedt (1881 - 1957). The couple however never married, since Ingar was noted as unmarried in the death index.
Ingar died on 6 Feb 1922 in Hagestad 51, Löderup, Kristianstad aged 71.[2]
