Board member of Field And Stream magazine [1]

Was a partner at Lee Higginson & Co, a bond trading firm on Wall Street. Member of the Adirondack Club, now known as the Tahawus Club, in Tahawus, NY, and would hunt and fish at his cabin on an island in a lake there. Stamp collector, and collector of old hunting and fishing books. Testified before Congress in the 1940's.
