Biography

Frank was born in 1871. He was the son of Arthur Kemmis and Emily Gibson.

He married Margaret (Pearl) Irene Morrison in 1905.

His daughter Gwendoline Rhys Lysaght Kemmis was born 26 Feb 1907.^[1]

On the 7th of July, 1922, Frank was attacked on his way home from his job as a Bank Manager. He died of his injuries. ^[2]
"KEMMIS.— July 9, 1922, at Royal North Shore Hospital, Frank Cecil, third son of the late Arthur Kemmis, Mackay, Queensland, and beloved husband of Pearl Kemmis, of "Wonga", Railway Avenue, Wahroonga, aged 49 years." ^{[3] [4]}
