Biography

Barbara 'Dannase' Kunzelemann was born 1771 in Reading, Berks County, Pa. She was the daughter of Philip Jacob Kunzelemann and Barbara Diem.

Marriage

Barbara married Phillip Artz (1764-1826) Mentioned in the will of her father Philip Kuntzelman as "Daughter Dannase [sic], the wife of Philip Artz" (Berks Wills, vol 5 pp 240-241; image 310); Dannase was evidently a nickname for Barbara. [1]

Children

Twelve children ID'ed by 'Family Search', but some may be spurious. Two children with cemetery memorials.
