Anne (Munson) Stebbins was born about 1623 in Rattlesden, Suffolk, England.

Anne (20) married Abraham (Mundan) Munden (23) (born about 1620 in England) on 16 May 1644 in Springfield, Massachusetts Bay Colony.^[1] Their daughter was Mary (Mundan) Plympton (1645–1716).

Anne (22) married John Stebbins Sr. (19) (born about 26 June 1626 in Bocking, Essex, England; son of Rowland Stebbins and Sarah (Whiting) Stebbins) on 14 May 1646 in Springfield, Hampshire, Massachusetts. ...John Stebbins removed to Northampton, about 1656, where he d. March 7, 1679. He m. his wife, widow Ann Munden, at Springfield, March 14, 1646. She d. about 1656...^[2][3] Their children were:

1. John Stebbins II (1647–1724)
2. Thomas Stebbins (1649–1650)
3. Anne Stebbins (1651–1652)
4. Edward Stebbins (1653–1653)
5. Benoni Stebbins (1655–1704)

Anne died on 23 June 1655 in Springfield, Massachusetts Bay Colony, aged 31.^[4]

Research Notes

Name: The name Mary Anne is highly questionable; all primary records point to her birth name as Anne Munson.

There is a bit of confusion around the month of her marriage to John Stebbins. One source lists "March" and another "May." Day and year are the same for both references, although the source for March is stronger.
