Biography

George Ogles was born about 1817 at Stisted, Essex, England^[1][2] was baptized on the 16th March 1817 at Stisted, Essex, England. He was the son of William Ogles and Sarah Ogles16th March 1817 at Stisted, Essex, England^[3][4]

On the 21st January 1841, George married Sarah Wright at St. John the Evangelist, Westminster, Middlesex, England. George Ogles, bachelor, servant, of 15 Dean Street, son of William Ogles (game keeper): and Sarah Wright, spinster of 24 Dean Street, daughter of Henry Wright (Carpenter). Witnessed by W. Wright & H. Jones^[5]

George died at the age of 87 on the 12th March 1904^[6] at Barnet, Middlesex, England.

His estate was probated on 18 May 1904 in Middlesex. His son Alfred was the beneficiary.^[7]
