The will of Nicholas Picot of 1312/1313 mentioned "Hugh de Waltham, clerk, and Juliana, wife of the same". Juliana was the daughter of the Testator. Hugh de Waltham and Juliana were bequeathed for their lives the Testator's capital mansion with easements in the parishes of St. Peter de Cornhill and St. Martin de Oteswiche in the City of London.[4]
