Biography
Cornelius Polhemius is named as a son in the will of his father Daniel Polhemius dated 14 Dec 1705. [1]
Cornelius Polhemius married Annaetje Van Duyn b. 1690 NY. Their daughter Matilda was born December 1721, she married 19 October 1743 Folkert Rapalje.
Will 22 August 1739 probate 3 July 1741 named his 2nd wife Susannah, son Daniel and 2 unnamed daughters. [2]
Daughters were Machtelb Dec 1721 who married Volkert Rapalje and Neeltje bp 30 Dec 1730 - 23 May 1818 who m. 8 April 1748 Benjamin Hagerman bp 12 Oct 1728. Son Daniel bp 15 Oct 1736. [3]
