Jane Priestman/Prestman^[1] was born about 1505. She was the daughter and heir of William Priestman/Prestman of Newton Grange, Oswaldkirk, Yorkshire.^[2]

She married George Sandwith of Newton Grange, Oswaldkirk, Yorkshire, and of Snilesworth on the Moors.^[1][2]
