Biography
Wilfred Proulx was born on 25 September 1887 in Nepean, Ottawa, Ontario. His parents were Antoine Proulx and Ann LaFrance. He married Delina Sayer on 2 October 1909 in Carleton. Ontario. Their children were Lucienne, Janet, Wilfre Fabien and Lauretta. He served as a Private with the 87th Battalion during World War I. Wilfred lost his life on 2 September 1918 near Dury, Nord-Pas-de Calais, France. He was buried in Dury Mill British Cemetery.
