Biography

Joseph was born about 1821 in Balteagh, Seagoe Parish, County Armagh, Ireland.^[1]

Joseph married Mary White on 28 Jul 1840 at the First Presbyterian Church, Portadown, County Armagh, Ireland. The witnesses were James White and Thomas Ray. Joseph was presbyterian and from Balteagh townland. Mary was episcopal and from Clanrolla townland.^[2]

Joseph passed away on 23 Dec 1897, although there does not appear to be any record of his death on the Registry. He was buried on 25 Dec 1897 in grave R428 Belfast City Cemetery.^[3]
