Jane Henrietta Elvira Sheridan-Spell dies not long after the birth of her son Eldred Spell ("[2nd] Eldred Spell"). Exact date of death is still unknown. "Little Dred" (as [2nd] Eldred Spell was known) was taken into the house hold of his Maternal grandfather, Dr. Hugo Grotius Sheridan MD. And Dr. Sheridan is by this time married to Rachael Catherine Spears-Spell-Liston-Sheridan.

Per [2nd] Eldred Spell, Rachael Catherine Spears-Spell-Liston-Sheridan was his step-great-grandmother on the Spell Side, Cousin on the Liston Side, and Step Maternal-Grandmother on the Sheridan Side. And in his own words -- "She was the closest thing to a mother that I ever knew." Rachael Catherine Spears-Spell-Liston-Sheridan was a Great Lady of the South, and a heroine to the Spell Family in many ways, Truly.
