Biography

Adam Sigler was a Methodist minister; parents of 10 children, some moved to Ohio and Pennsylvania. Sigler family helped to found the city of Westernport. Adam married Elizabeth Michael before 1780, residents of Cameron parish Loudoun, VA.

The 1800 US Census, Adam Sigler of Georges Creek, Allegany, MD. Males 0 to 9 two; 10 to 15 two; 16 to 25 one; Adam age 26 to 44. Females 0 to 9 two; 10 to 15 one; Elizabeth 26 to 44. Burial at the Morrison Cemetery with many grave stones missing.
