I am researching the name Kornegay (It's English version) was spelt Hornigh when in Germany. My records show him born in 1671 in Upper Rhine, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany. His father is Jacob Hornigh and mother Katherine Muller. My records show John George and his parents leaving with some 600 Palatines in January 1710 and arrived in Virginia in April 1710. Any information is appreciated on the Germany end.

I am not 100% sure of the spelling of Ajala, but that is how I have seen it written. I did an internet search and found people with the surname Ajala in Massachusetts in the 1940's, which is where/when he was born. Here is part of that information:

I may have been a wee bit hasty with my answer about Andrew Mirrilles. I rechecked his birth registers and although it says Mirrillees on the Heading the actual writing indicates his name to be Mirrellees. So as it stands I contacted Scotlands People and they will get back to me.I changed it back to Mirrellees. (I like to be right).

The Name McCover is on Margarets Birth Reg.616/30 316 and Death Reg. 597/439. National records of Scotland. Removed the name Agnes as it isn't on the Birth Record.

The Birth record for Andrew had the wrong spelling it should have been Mirrillees. National Records of Scotland 597/233. I corrected the mistake.
