John, aged about 12 years, was adopted by John Upham in 1660. His birth would have been about 1647-8. He died Nov. 25, 1677 at Charlestown; (p. 116-7) [1]; married Elizabeth, daughter of John Mousall. (p. 327)[2]
He was a fatherless child, brought from Barbadoes about 8 years prior to be adopted by John Upham. (p. 612)[3]
