Thomas married firstly, and had Thomas Urquhart of Kinbeachie and at least another son named Henry.
Thomas Urquhart married secondly, Christian Murray about 1572.
Thomas and Christian Murray had at least three children, including Thomas Urquhart of Kinudie, their first son, Helen Urquhart and Alexander Urquhart of St Martin's, their second son and Thomas's fourth son.
Thomas Urquhart passed away in July 1608 in Scotland.[2]

- Thomas apparently passed away in 1608 as Christian is apparently recorded in documents in 1609, according to Hetty.
